Here's how it works:
Step 1: Tell a friend about our Hospital!
Step 2: Your friend will call and schedule their first appointment, and they will inform us that you referred them to our hospital.
Step 3: When they arrive for their first appointment, they will receive $20 off their first visit, and we will apply a $20 credit to your account, to go towards your next appointment.
Program valid year-round.
