Dr. Kayla Allwardt is originally from Sacramento, California. She attended UC Davis for her undergraduate degree which is where she fell in love with the veterinary profession. She then moved to Arizona and attended Midwestern University to earn her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine Degree. She is very excited to start her new journey in Austin with South Park Animal Hospital, providing quality care to her patients and clients.

In her free time, Dr. Allwardt loves exploring the city and trying new activities like yoga and paddle boarding. She does not have any pets yet, but is hoping to adopt a furry friend now that she is settled in Austin!
