"I have always been surrounded by animals growing up, whether it be cats, dogs, or reptiles. My love for the industry didn't start until I was looking for a career change and realized animal care is where I belong. I love using my fear-free knowledge to help stressed and anxious animals have a better experience during vet visits. I also absolutely love helping our client's babies feel better! I always treat them like my own and get such joy from helping with any treatments or simply assisting with their annual vaccines."

Lauren currently has three Pembroke Welsh Corgis named Benedict, Archibald, and her newest addition, Princess Leia. Benedict and Archibald are three years old, and while they didn't come from the same litter, they act like true brothers, wrestling all the time! Princess Leia came to South Park Animal Hospital as a stray with a broken femur, and Lauren decided to add her to the family! Princess Leia may be the youngest, but she certainly lives up to her name and keeps her brothers on their toes!
