Why Shyann chose the veterinary industry: “Growing up I was around horses, cows, goats, dogs, and cats, along with many other farm animals! I knew as a kid, bringing home all the strays, that I wanted to make a difference in as many animals' lives as I could, so I decided to be a veterinary technician! The last 5 years helping animals and their owners has been a huge blessing and I love to care for them as if they are my own babies.”

About Shyann's pets: Shyann and her husband have 2 cats Ace & Maze, 2 dogs Sadie, and our newest shelter rescue Xander! She also has a horse, Archie who’s more like another dog, whom Shyann loves to take to rodeos or on lengthy trail rides during her free time!
